Legal Basis for Processing

6.1 Under Section 12 of the Data Privacy Act of 2012, fa7777's processing of your personal data is lawful on the following bases:

Data Retention

8.1 fa7777 retains personal data for the minimum period necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, subject to the following retention requirements:

• Account and KYC Data: Retained for five (5) years from the date of account closure, as required by PAGCOR's licensing conditions and AMLC regulations.
• Transaction Records: Retained for five (5) years from the date of the transaction under the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 and its amendments.

9.2 Data Breach Notification. • Strictly Necessary Cookies: Required for the Platform to function — including session management (keeping you logged in to your fa7777 account), security tokens, and load balancing. These cannot be disabled without preventing Platform functionality.
• Performance and Analytics Cookies: Used to collect anonymised information about how Players use the Platform — including page visit data, session duration, and navigation paths — to improve Platform performance. fa7777 uses analytics data in aggregated form only.

10.3 You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from logging in to your fa7777 account. fa7777 does not currently support a cookie preference management tool separate from browser-level controls.

Minors and Age Restrictions

11.1 If fa7777 discovers or is notified that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, fa7777 will immediately close the associated account, void any wagers or winnings, and securely delete the personal data of the underage individual in accordance with the NPC's guidelines on personal data of minors.

11.2 Parents or guardians who believe that a minor may have accessed the fa7777 Platform should contact fa7777 support immediately via live chat. fa7777 will investigate and take immediate protective action upon receiving such a report.

Your Rights Under the Data Privacy Act

12.1 Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, you have the following rights as a data subject:

13.1 fa7777 has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) as required by Section 21 of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and NPC Advisory Opinion No. 2018-031. The DPO is responsible for ensuring fa7777's compliance with the DPA, its Implementing Rules, and NPC issuances.

14.2 Where a proposed amendment materially changes how fa7777 processes your personal data — particularly where it affects the purposes of processing or the categories of data shared — fa7777 will notify registered Players via their registered email address at least 14 days before the amendment takes effect, and will obtain fresh consent where required by law.

14.3 Continued use of the fa7777 Platform following any amendment to this Privacy Policy constitutes acceptance of the amended Policy. If you do not accept a material amendment, you have the right to close your fa7777 account and request deletion of your non-mandatory personal data before the amendment takes effect.
