11.1 fa7777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:
11.2 Upon termination of a Player Account for breach of these Terms, fa7777 reserves the right to forfeit any Balance remaining in the account. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the Player, fa7777 will return the Account Balance to the registered payment method after deducting any outstanding obligations.

For matters outside PAGCOR's jurisdiction, disputes shall be referred to the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
13.4 Game disputes relating to the outcome of a specific round must be raised with fa7777 support within 72 hours of the game being played. fa7777 will investigate using server-side game logs. fa7777's determination of the correct outcome based on game server logs shall be final in the absence of manifest error.
14.1 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and fa7777 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
